Happy, Carla i Pantherlily

Happy is a cat with some magical power, which may be the reason for his ability to speak. He can temporarily grow wings on his back and fly, and is capable of carrying only one person in this form. Happy apparently can fly at incredible speed (As it took Eligor less than a hour to reach Clover when Happy caught up with him in mere seconds with Natsu in tow) This is also the only kind of transportation that does not make Natsu sick. When asked why, Natsu got angry and exclaimed that Happy was a friend, not a means of transportation, ironically Natsu later gets sick when Gray gives him a piggyback ride when he's injured. He's very close to Natsu and becomes friends with Lucy quickly. The three form a team at the start of the manga. Happy is a full-fledged member of Fairy Tail, and has a member stamp on his back. It's also unknown if Happy even though being a mage and a member of Fairy Tail, can use his magic offensively or not.

Carla (シャルル Sharuru) is an Exceed, similar to Happy, the daughter of Queen Shagotte, and a close companion to Wendy Marvell. Both she and Wendy belonged to Cait Shelter before joining Fairy Tail.
Unlike the carefree Happy, Carla is very strict and serious most of the time, rarely showing emotions.She cares about Wendy like a mother. She's at first was very aloof, turning her nose up at seemingly everyone save for Wendy. She also tries to get Wendy to shy away from her timid personality, scolding her often for it (which is ironic considering she's not very sociable herself)

Pantherlily is an Exceed that works for the kingdom of Edoras as the Magic Militia's First Division Commander of the Royal Army. He seems to have a grumpy disposition and detests noisy people. He first appears by demanding that Byro and the hyperactive Hughes quiet down. (Although Sugarboy noted that Pantherlily was in a nastier mood than usual).

Pantherlily has shown the ability that all Exceed have, Aera. He wields a huge sword and shows massive strengTogether with Akaoni and Majorina, are the three commanders of Bad End Kingdom. His appearance is that of a wolf, and his character is probably based on the Big Bad Wolf from fairytales like The Three Little Pigs and Little Red Riding Hood. A defining feature is his unique laugh of "Uruffufu".
